Recognition

Awards and collaborations

What XiGiFy has been recognised for, what those awards actually assess, and the academic partnerships behind the engineering.

Awards

Industry recognition

Both awards come from CPI Industry's Climate Action Awards, which assess technology and deployments in the Middle East built-environment and HVAC-R sector.

Climate Action Award, CPI Industry (UAE)

Digital Supplier of the Year 2025

CPI Industry's Climate Action Awards recognise organisations in the built-environment and HVAC-R sector across the Middle East. The Digital Supplier category recognises technology suppliers whose products measurably improve the environmental performance of the buildings they are deployed in.

Awarded on the strength of XiGiFy's demand-based ventilation and monitoring work in UAE buildings — the same deployments documented in the success stories.

IoT Integration Initiative of the Year 2025

The IoT Integration category recognises deployments that connect existing building infrastructure into a working, measurable system rather than a pilot — judged on integration with systems already in place and on the operational result achieved.

Recognises the platform's core design choice: adding an intelligence layer over the HVAC, BMS and metering a building already runs, instead of requiring a rip-and-replace.

The deployments behind these awards are written up in full on the success stories page.

Academia

Academic collaboration

Partnerships that connect the platform's engineering to research programmes and to the next generation of engineers in XiGiFy's two largest engineering markets.

Ngee Ann Polytechnic

Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore

An ongoing internship programme with one of Singapore's largest polytechnics. Students work on live AIoT deployments — sensor integration, data pipelines and dashboard configuration — not lab simulations.

Builds a pipeline of engineers already familiar with the XiGiFy platform, in the company's headquarters market.

Republic Polytechnic

Republic Polytechnic, Singapore

An internship programme placing Republic Polytechnic students inside XiGiFy's engineering team, contributing to real product and deployment work across the AIoT stack.

A second Singapore polytechnic pipeline, broadening the pool of engineers who know the platform before they enter the industry.

B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science & Technology

Crescent University, Chennai

A signed MoU with B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science & Technology, covering joint research, guest lectures and structured pathways for students to join XiGiFy's India engineering operations.

Connects the platform's development to academic research and to the engineering talent pool in one of XiGiFy's key delivery markets.
